It was easy to replace the old connector and it works like a charm! Excellent!

I needed to replace the connectors on the end of my retractable Hoselink hoses, due to sun damage. These were quick to fit and works perfectly.

I love all hoselink products. Makes life so much easier and can never go back. I love how quickly deliveries arrive and the added instructions for the particular part purchased is so helpful and a really nice touch. Thank you

After failure of the original fitting the replacement is working ok. Early days but fingers crossed. Since my original purchase I’ve had two different fittings fail. I’m hoping that there was a faulty batch of fittings - both failures were with green coloured fittings that have been replaced with cream coloured.

I’m still very disappointed with my retractable hose real It’s always getting caught up, and getting kinks and i have to get the kink out before it will roll up I’ve had the hose laid out in the sun , So many times and still a problem, some people tell me i have to empty the water out, before retracting the hose inI’ve tried, but it’s still not working properly I really don’t think i should have to go to this extreme, to wind up a hose Not really happy with it , also pulling the hose around the garden, I usually get a snag ,It does look tidy

The new product works fine now but I will reserve my opinion until I am satisfied it doesn’t fail in the medium term. The item it replaced obviously had a ball valve which was too tight a fit and consequently required too much pressure to open and shut it. This led to undue wear on the arms with the result that it could not be turned fully on. This might have been a manufacturing problem. I am hopeful that this replacement does not have the same problem. I will tick “yes” to the recommendation below because of the high quality of other Hoselink products, notwithstanding of my last flow control connector
