We were very surprised as we had the leaks for a long time - dripping on our feet/shoes, on the path at the back door, etc. We had changed the connector once before and leaks continued. We noticed there was a gap at the faces of the connector on the old units. So the new one has no gap - at last. And therefore no leaks. Wonderful.”

“Handle on sprayer snapped off and I was told that that was fair enough as it was an outdoor product.The hose stopped retracting after 18 months of use.These are products that are far more expensive than identical items available elsewhere and are made to be outside so they should be able to work for years.I wanted to support a family run Australian business but I’ll be buying at Bunnings from now on!”
