“The accessory connector unfortunately snapped around the thread. I contacted Hoselink and a replacement product (accessory connector) was forwarded to me which I received 24 hrs later. I have had no issues with the Retractable hose which is a fabulous product. Money well spent Thank you Hoselink. p.s. This is not the only product I have purchased over the years and I have been more than satisfied with each product.”
