“Long time customer but last 2 orders have been absolutely horrendous. Ordered on the 23rd September and even know its in stock it hasn't been sent and wont be until 16th October. Then wont receive it for at least a week meaning a month between order and receiving . No notification of the delay is the main concern and excuse that we are changing systems just isn't good enough”
