I really was looking for an adaptor that plugs directly into the supermarket female fitting found on most hoses which would allow me to change between multiple devices quickly

Ok. Not the best. It doesn’t fit or rather seal when connecting to a brass nippleUnfortunately. Couldn’t currently recommend it.

These click on adaptors get brittle over time, crack and leak. So I always keep a few on hand. Despite this, Hoselink products are better than all the others.

We use these for all of our dripper lines. They are constantly changed with I feed line to 3 dripper lines. I get about 6 months out of them before they split along the seam between the the screw thread and the click on part this seam is very thin and takes all the pressure of connecting and disconnecting. It is the only weak link in all of your range of fittings.I have to say yes to the next answer because i dont like to mix and match brands. but it is border line.

Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the Click-on Adapters. We would definitely recommend avoiding these fittings wherever possible due to the click-on design, we can not give these fittings the same guarantee as all our other Hoselink designed fittings. Firstly, if you can remove the click-on thread from your watering accessory then you will be able to replace it with a threaded Hoselink fitting which will give you the burst-free setup throughout your watering system.
