“The product is good! However, I nearly didn't order this hosereel as my previous order took 4 weeks to get to me, even after several phone calls. In the end i relented and ordered again, and in the confirmation it had automatically defaualted to pick-up, not free delivery. Once again after 2 phone calls i got my hosereel in about a week. I have an online store and i'd be broke in no time if i behaved like this.”
