“We have had our hoselink reel for quite a few years now and I stupidly managed to snap the connector from the hose to the handset spray. Not an easy thing to do can I just say!! I wasn't too worried when I did it as like most of us I have multiple spare hand sets lying around. So I changed the connector back to a standard one and put what I thought was a good hand set on. OMG what a wake up call. It leaked all over me, the flow was either blasting plants out of the garden or dribbling out of the end. I immediately ordered the new part from hoselink ( very cheap for the quality) and couldn't wait for them to arrive. I had become very complacent at just how easy the hoselink system makes watering. I LOVE these products and am now saving to put another reel etc at the back of the house. Well worth it.”
