“Thought when I changed to the hose link system my old watering system would be thrown away but to my surprise Hoselink have a solution they sell you the Click on adapter and your old system be used in other areas of the garden. Nothing is wasted and cheap too.”
“I received a click-on-adapter, it did not work with the click on fittings that are on the sprinkler/hand-held handles/garden sprinkler system. I got in touch with Hoselink and they sent me out another item and received it within a week, and in Cairns, that is superior service. The new fitting works like a treat. “Given that most people would already have some none hoselink products which require the connector to attach to the newly purchased H/L hose system. - surely, this small connector could be included in the original purchase!! Thereby customer would not have to discover its need, (when all ready to do a job- I.e Karcher the pavement on a weekend!!) then order, pay extra postage and then wait for it to arrive. Finally the job is done a week later than it needed to be. A review of your complete hoselink system is needed!!!!”
