“Hey folks,My Hoselink experience was great.Only a couple of areas where you could improve.I loved the corn starch bag it was shipped in. Straight in the compost, beautiful. The only let down was that the rest of the parts came in plastic bags. Yes, they've gone into the soft-plastics recycling, but it would be great it was all compostable in the future.Finally, I was left looking for some instructions. It had been a while between orders so I wanted those tips on how to put my fittings together. Of course I found them in the catalogue, but I couldn't help but think, this should have been an instruction manual first and foremost, with a catalogue at the back, rather than the other way around. I realise you're serving a dual purpose - but maybe make it more obvious on the cover that instructions are included inside. Like, REALLY BIG.Thanks for great products and getting them out to us during COVID lockdowns. Much appreciated.”
“* The adapter is fine* The spray guns that were fitted to my retractable hose kit and were included in the complimentary Ned Kelly set are typical of many spray guns I have used in the past.The trigger allows them to be either fully on or completely off; it is too sensitive to control the flow of water if covering a mix of pots, baskets, garden beds, etc. Volume control must be done at the main tap or through a flow control connector. The Flow Control Sprayer and Comfort nozzles appear to have thumb adjustments.”
“I am sorry to say that the set you sent me was not what I was needing. I found that the adapter that was placed on the hose was too tight to grip and get off and so I had to cut it off so I could use the hose. When I got a handy man to come and look at the appliance piece he said it was not appropriately place as it was way too tight and the piece looked as if it had all ready been used before. So I apologize but I am sending back all the pieces that I had sent to me. Thankyou kindly.”
