“The product is well designed and manufactured and I have found it to perform to my expectations.However your choice to use Australia Post as the delivery medium is unsatisfactory to us here in Hervey Bay. Parcels are never delivered even though we are home to accept delivery. This means that we have to travel to our Central Post Office to complete delivery. This means standing in a long queue for many minutes and with my back ailment this is quite a painful experience that I should NOT need to endure. Whenever we have deliveries from Professional Couriers they always present to our door, why therefore should AP be different.”

We would always recommend that you avoid using these as much as possible therefore where possible, try and remove the click-on fitting from your accessories (especially sprinkler, spray guns and pressure washers), then replace with a Hoselink fitting with a thread for a more secure connection. “Using the click on adaptor set was easy and very good, but the necessity of using it makes it an item that should be included in every hose set. With spray on. chemicals and the use of gurneys means that if you have a hose link you WILL need a connector! I love my hose link, but can only now use it properly. “Hi Tim, Replacement and service excellent . Click on adaptor set great as most of the garden spray bottles are this push on adaptor not the hoselink , brillant no leak system . Re the other adaptor i ordered with the shut off valve --- May be a thought as I was speaking to my brother and he had the same issue that the plastic yellow lever to turn on and off the water broke on his adaptor also - may be the yellow lever should be metal to minimise breaking Just some food for thought - special regards Ross”
