“Extremely disappointed!! The item cost $7.11 postage charge was $6.95(then gst). Took over 10 days to the actually receive the item..Wouldn’t have actually been sent unless I followed it up!!! I have had products come from China faster and for free!!! For gods sake put your products in local stores!!!!!”
“The product let’s the brand “Hoselink” down. It doesn’t work, and the description in the Hoselink brochure actually warns the buyer of this.With a product basing itself on the fact that there are no leaks, why sell this one that does leak - and badly? And the manufacturers know that it will leak! If the postage wasn’t almost as expensive as the product, I’d send it back, but I shall most likely just throw it in the bin.”
Hi Pamela,Thanks for your comments and sorry you feel this way. You are right in saying that we cannot guarantee this adapter the way we can our fittings that couple together because it is converting back to the click on style. Having said that we do have many customers who do use the adapter successfully without any leaks or bursts. I would probably say that the connection just isn't a great fit with the product you are using it with.
