“The purchase was to replace an existing adaptor the female housing had split approximately 1/3rd of the circumference unfortunately I neglected to take a photo of it rather just ordered 2 click on adaptor sets in the event it should happen again I will have a replacement. This does not make it a bad product perhaps the mould or plastic was affected”
