“Your product are very good and well made. The only thoughts I have are:a) you shipping is very slow for a paid serviceb) you have various on going ill timed (from customer perspective) specials but you don't see to recognise regular customers with incentives.As you realise your connector product are proprietary and we have to continually buy you products. Your product are at a premium prices and at initial phase acceptable. However, as a regular customer this becomes an annoyance.”
