“I bought one of these adapters a few years ago and when I attached it to the tap I found it leaked, so I got onto Hoselink and they sent me (Express Post mind you) a packet of rubber O-rings, as they weren't in the original parcel. The service was incredibly quick, Hoselink were very helpful. I've moved house several times since then, but now I've bought a hose with all the attachments and the only disappointment is that in this apartment complex I'm not allowed to attach anything to the walls, so couldn't buy the retractable hose. I'm now waiting for the mobile version!”
