“I got this just in case when I purchased my hoselink. Man I'm glad. Firstly if you're into pre mixed water based fertilisers than this is the only way to connect it to your hoselink. Secondly, if you have a pool you'll know sometimes we don't get rain for a while and the water level can drop too low for the pump to work. So topping it up with the hose is usually the way to go. However as hoselink comes with a metal spray gun, I'm sure the chlorine and pool salt and every other chemical in there would damage it faster over time. But taking the spray gun off reveals an o ring which could easily come off once waving around in the pool, rendering the link useless. You could keep the o ring safe by removing it every time you fill up the pool, but I know I'd lose mine so with this attachment you keep the o ring safe and your spray gun in good condition. I'm only 27 but feel like 20 years older worrying bout this sort of stuff, but it's a thing, so now you know.”
