The hose nozzle has a number of useful settings, the retractable hose is easy to use, both to retract and to pull out for use. Installation was slightly tricky for us, as we attached it to a brick wall and had to buy the right drill bit size and we didn't quite get it right, but that is our fault and no reflection on the quality of this product. I would certainly recommend this product to others, and will seriously consider this as a gift for others in the future. Delivery of the product was right on time.”
