“I know how well this product works cause I have bought a hose and gun set previously. Unfortunately the adapter threaded when I was trying to attach it to the hose. I emailed support and attached photos in the hospital they would recify the issue. They did say they would replace it but I needed to bring it back to the factory. I live on the northern beaches so thought they could have just posted me the part I needed. No doubt the product works really well just unfortunate I got a poor small component.”
