“I wanted to connect my hoselink reel to a watertank.. the click on adaptor has a push on joiner that comes apart when the pressure pump comes on.I need a part that when connected to the hose from the watertank has some mechanism to keep the hose in position when the pressure pump comes on.I would love to be advised which part I should buy”
Hi Margaret, thank you for your review and feedback. Are you able to unscrew the click-on fitting from your water tank or is this fixed? If you are able to unscrew it from the set-up to reveal a thread, we will be able to provide you with a Hoselink fitting which will then screw onto the tap, rather than click-on therefore, should stop these issues.If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to our customer care team!
