“I had been looking for a retractable hose reel for sometime, after doing my research online , I was sceptical with the hose link brand as I never had seen fittings like these before and was dubious on whether the fittings would leak. I went to a local field day and saw the hoselink stall, I was able to see, touch and talk to an expert about how the system works and if I could integrate my petrol pressure washer and other appliances. The expert on hand guided me to the fittings required to accommodate such things. So after seeing touching and talking to the expert I purchased a unit, and I am glad I did because once I started to use the hoselink product I found the pressure to be better and the ease of use was just brilliant. I actually find it easier to change nozzles with the hoselink than with conventional hose fittings. No problem with leaks at all.”
