“I have to say I have had nothing but grief with your hose because it is different to every other hose I have (which I didn’t know when I bought it) My husband has passed away so therefore I have to do everything myself. Had to wait for my son to get here to to fit the hose and that’s when we realized it was different he fixed that but for my other things I bought the adapter but then I tried to fit it on the veggie pod but couldn’t work it out and was very frustrated eventually someone came who fitted it for me and it works. I am on an acre so have plenty of hoses so have problems with all of them now and it’s going to cost me a bit to get an adapter for all of them. Your product is very good but for a single woman and elderly I should have got a hose which went with everyone else’s hoses to make it easier for me.”
