“We purchased a 30m hose reel along with the adapter. Was happy with quality of the products but slightly unhappy with the awkwardness of installing the bottom two screws to hold the reel holder onto a wall. There is plenty of room to use tools for the top bolts but not for the bottom bolts. I suggest the company directors have a go at doing this and I think they will allow more room in the design. What was concerning, was that when a friend saw our new reel they said they have one similar, but theirs is called HoseLeak not HoseLink. I did not get the joke but they explained continual leaks from the small rubber seals in their fittings. This might explain the inclusion of many spare rubber seals in our new kit. Maybe a design issue here as well. Good to see a quality product in the market close to perfect, but I would make changes if it was my product. Thank you.”
