“I broke my click-on adapter due to excessive leverage of the large and bulky hose-end set when connected with heavy hose. I then ordered what I believed was required to repair it but could only find in the online store, the complete set of hoselink male threaded connector and click-on female threaded part. I only needed the inexpensive female click-on part which I wasn't offered originally but subsequently found later. I now have a lot of excess parts to manage.”
“I was so relieved that I had purchased the click on adapter set when I went to use my pressure washer, I would have otherwise had to change everything back over to normal hose fittings.”
“Product works well for using connecting a 'regular' sprinkler etc to the Hoselink devices. However, the reality defeats the purpose. The 'regular' sprinklers still pop of if they so feel inclined, so I just keep the old standard fittings on a couple of my hoses around the yard. Best to buy the complete hose end connectors, sprinklers etc and end the pop of problem all together. Recommend it? yes and no.”
“Product is fine, but I don’t understand why it takes four weeks from the day you order it before it can be delivered, when I can order a product from Europe and have it arrive in 10 days, I think you need to change the company that delivers your products Australia wine. Very disappointing !”
