“Ordered fertilizer plus spray mixer and adaptor set which was received BUT on the same order we ordered retractable hosereel Rang on Friday 24th September and was told that another reel would be sent??Did the order get missed? Credit card was debited for full amount!!Highly recommend the product as we already have one of your hosereels BUT customer service is very poor if non existent as still no word on delivery of the hosereel”
“They work great, easy to install on a very old and hard common garden hose that I fitted them to at the back of the house is due to be thrown to the tip! Will have to get a re-trackable Hose-link reel to replace it!”
“I had purchases many items in the past including a hose. That hose was substantial, easy to stow and resistant to kinking. After several years it is still ion good condition.The hose I received on my recent order is not of the same quality. It is light green, while the other is darker, almost blue. It is resistant to coiling neatly and kinks very easily.Is it an inferior model or has the quality dropped?Apart from that I am very satisfied with your products and service.John”
