“I had to separately order the adapter for my hose i recently brought because hoselink have a unique fitting which means you can not plug into standard hose connections. Disappointing when you are trying to connect to seasol spray on etc. Whilst the hose is good, for the price you pay you would expect the adapter in light of non conformance with standard to allow you to service your garden would be provided. So I not only had to pay for the connector, but postage! Should have been very clear upfront otherwise (albeit should really be complementary!).”
I am sorry you had this issue! The click on fitting is not part of the kit as it is not one of our connectors I am afraid! Although I understand your frustration in having to pay postage, if you can call us on 1300 900 617 we will be able to look into this for you.
