“Hi, I ordered the 18mm diameter hose joiners by mistake and phoned Hoselink about my dilemma. I offered to return the hose joiners for a refund and said I did not expect to get a refund which included the freight cost. I was surprised and very grateful that Hoselink did not want me to return the goods and Hoselink would not charge me for the purchase. Very generous of Hoselink. I ordered the correct hose joiners which have arrived thank you but am surprised to see that I have paid for the 18mm hose joiners too according to my paypal account. Regards, JM”
“The products works great but 18mm users are at disadvantage by not having access to a fitting with flow control. If you made this fitting every previous 18mm buyer would want one. It’s a no brainer.to make it as it would sell instantly.”

“Great service I love your product. Wish we could jus get the build up from the chemicals in our towns water to not stick and spoil our product. But that happens to everything we use for our water..I recommend your product and have been giving it to family as presents.Only thing I have trouble with now as my hands are not so good is Conect ing fittings to the hose when I need to. That’s ok though I just wait for someone with better hands, or just do it in stages.”
