“I like the larger fitting - now being able to use the 18mm hoses - I have a long term project to upgrade about 40 taps having use the green 12mm hose system for many years - I still have many more to replaceHowever, I constantly fail to understand why you designed the TWO alignment knobs to align / secure the hose fittings together, or to connect the tap fittings - The white 'V' eventually fades away in the sunshine - the square symble is useless in the darker lightWhy did you not just have the one alignment knob just like the 12mm green fittings ?? - it's so easy - to just line up and twist together - Much Simpler !!But Sorry - this design is extremly confusing & grossly dissapointing - there is no benefit as I can see in having the two lots of alignment markers / knobs ??My fix - I shall ventually grind one of them off - just so the one marker is needed to align - the same as the green ones”
“Easy to use never leaks perfect We have a dog that loves to chew hose fittings she destroys other brands in minutes but so far has only just put teeth marks in our Hoselink fittings Would love to see you restock the electronic tap timer you had about 4-5 years ago it is the best timer ever”
