“Understanding the measurement of this product on your website was difficult. It says 18mm. But it does not say whether this is the inner or outer diameter. I assumed outer so purchased it. Wrong! I had to repurchase the smaller ones (which have an outer diameter of about 18mm). I do not care about the $2.20 - but the time spent waiting for it to arrive, then having to reorder and wait once again.”
