“I really like the hose but I have had a lot of trouble. It was only 2 years old when the trigger went slack despite doing the recommended maintenance on the trigger. I don’t use the hose very often. Customer service are brilliant, they have sent me out a number of free bits to try and repair it. But it continues to be slack and now it’s leaking. I would not purchase again for these reasons. For a hose worth over $200 I expected more.”

Being on acreage it’s hard to find the o rings if they fall out - bought a packet from bunnings but they were too thin and flimsy. Not only did you send them immediately you were very kind and not charge me as I had purchased a lot of hoses and items previously which I love .
