When w3 disconnect the trigger gun from hose these rings are jumping/falling out and we haven’t realised this and they are then missing..We have already lost two out of the three we have received. Hi Josephine,Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments and sorry you are losing your o-rings. To prevent the o-rings from popping out you do need to release the water pressure before undoing any of the connections. To do this you need to turn the tap off and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to release any water in the hose.I have asked for a couple of packs of o-rings to be posted out to your address for you.Kind Regards,The Hoselink Team
