When we bought our new house, the one thing we saved money for was 2 Hoselink complete watering systems. They have been the best investment for our property.I look at the website to ensure I keep up to date with anything new.The other week I had a problem with the watering gun.I rang to get help. The online assistant told me how to fix the piston in the hand control. He offered to send a tube of silicone to assist with the problem free of charge. This is what I call customer service. It fixed the problem.Thankyou.

The spray gun lubricant is great and after following Hoselink's online videos to clean the spray gun, it is working as good as new. I'm so impressed with Hoselink's customer service and love that I'm not having to throw the spray gun away.

My spray gun trigger was stuck in the on position so that water shot out whenever I turned on the tap.I knew that the Hoselink lubricant worked because I had used it before. My earlier supply was borrowed by my daughter who is also a Hoselink customer. That was the last I saw of it. I do have a spray can of silicone from the hardware, but it doesn't work.So I ordered a new lot along with a few other things and used it in accordance with the instructions video on the web site. The faulty spray gun now works fine.
