“We bought the start up pack and found that water leaked from the fitting when we connected the spray. The first call we made, the fellow said he didn’t know what was wrong but would send a washer - which we didn’t receive. We then called to explain that we thought it wasn’t our position to get it to work properly. The second fellow sent out a new spray gun. The initial one had a faulty rubber washer. We were rather frustrated because we had bought it because we were sick of hoses and fittings pulling apart and leaking only to find that this did too !!”
