“The article I received was only a washer, but it was needed to stop water from spraying from the elbow connection of my son's new hose reel cart. 4 out of 4 carts purchased by my family have had this problem. Unfortunately in this instance the washer was the wrong size. My son went to Bunnings and purchased the correct one. There are big problems with the quality control of the hose cart. Although they are now all functioning properly it was very frustrating to have so many problems. One cart was replaced entirely because it was faulty and another has ongoing problems with the footrest falling off. As it is, I could only recommend this item with reservations.”
