“I went to a lot of trouble to ensure I had the correct size for the connections only to have a big fail! Where do you measure to verify it is 12mm.The one thing I want to say is that the I rang to explain my problem the person helped me immensely, in fact they made my day. They asked me to discard the wrong purchase and they would send out the correct ones free of charge. It saved me so much trouble and time. Thanks very much.”
