“I just bought a 20m Hoselink retractable hose reel in early December 2023. I found out it is not suitable for:- Old aged like us, especially with arthritis problem (water spray gun has no trigger, it is hard to operate to compare to the one with trigger). - This hose reel completes with water spray gun which doesn't comply with Hunter Water's Smart Water Choice.- Main thing is at the moment Hoselink doesn't have anything to replace.Thank you.”
