“The gun is great. The spare parts for the gun are ok but they do not include the metal arm that activates the gun. I had to buy a new gun and it has solved the problem . I just put the spare parts package away in the event I need it. The metal arm is the major problem. At the end at right angles is a pin with 2 clips which fit onto a pin on the gun and allow the arm to activate water flow. One of the clips on my unit has broken which makes the gun useless. Why can't the company have available just this metal arm as these small clips at the end are vulnerable to snapping.Kind regards,David Knowles.”
