“it's be good to mention in the instructions to fully push or seat the piston into the channel. i didn't do this and found the gun failed, then I used the old piston - without its seal and found where it had to be located. but when I did this with the new piston, all worked well. thank you for sending us the repair kit.”

“Instruction manual inside gun spares kit shows the kit as coming with a spring - it doesn't. This works well as a temp solution but I've been thru 3 of these now in 4 years. I understand they've changed the gun design to improve the known leaking problem, but having to order this every year & a bit is becoming annoying.UV stability of the hose connectors is poor. This is the 2nd replacement of a connector as they have perished/become brittle & broken in the sun.I upgraded to Hoselink to avoid having to do stuff like this... Lucky Hoselink do this for free under warranty.”
