“I was disapointed to find that the plunger in the repair kit is larger than the plunger in the older model of spray gun I have.I don't umdersatnd why you found it necessay to change it. I have quite a few of your spray guns most of which are old and whilst the kit would be useful to repair the few moden ones this is unlikely they will need it for many years. What is the point of producing a kit that works only for spray guns that will not need it?”

“The trigger on the spray gun had stopped working. I phoned the help line. A very competent officer mailed me a repair kit. It was clear from the instructions what I needed to do. I was able to make the repair - though due to the fact a spring had be inserted I needed to apply a lot of pressure to tighten the screw. The spray gun works like new!”
