Hi John, thank you for leaving a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the plungers received. You will need to pop some silicone based lubricant to the o-rings on the plunger before installing it. This will allow the plunger to move back and fourth inside the spray gun freely. “Our spray gun sprung a leak after 3 years of use. After describing the problem to the Hoselink team, they sent us a new plunger and a small tube of lubricant as well as clear instructions on how to carry out the repair. Following the instructions was very easy. It only took us a few minutes to install the new plunger. One of the tiny O rings on the old plunger had dried out and perished, causing the gun to leak.
