“I was pleased with the quick response to my order for the hardware and also for a 20m hose which have both arrived. I have since been reminded that Hoselink offers a lifetime guarantee on its products. The 20m hose was to replace a 30m hose, which I purchased some years ago, which was no longer retracting.. If the guarantee is available then I would assume I could have obtained the new hose pursuant to the guarantee instead of purchasing it. If this is correct I am asking for a refund of the purchase price of the 20m hose.”
Hi Carolyn, Thank you for review. With our Retractable Hose Reels, they do come with a 2 year warranty. We can see that your last order for a 30m hose reel was from 2018 so it would be out of the warranty period. “I tried to find something to replace the bracket hardware for my retractable Hoselink but there really isn't anything that I trusted to do the job. So I ordered the original hardware so that i could relocate my Hoselink Reel and it was perfect. Don't mess around trying to compile what you need to this type of work, just order it from Hoselink and save yourself time and have peace of mind that the brackets are being held in place with the right hardware.”
