Had a hose link hose reel that was not retracting properly. Called them and they sent the part at no cost and instructions to go with it. Alternately I could’ve sent the reel back at postage cost only for them to repair it free of chat. Can’t get better than that.

After talking to the hoselink team they were most helpful with my issue the spare part arrived with a little bit of muck in around with it it’s now working as good as new now thanks hoselink what an amazing product

Replaced guidance tooth and guidance gear cog (had broken) and new drive belt and working like new. Prompt supply of parts with no fuss. One of the best after sales experience I have ever had.

So I emailed with an issue, had a few polite and helpful back and forth chats and we identified the problem, Hoselink offered to have the unit repaired at their warehouse, I declined and said I could fix it myself, with their guidance.The tiny part arrived 2 days later!!!!I fitted it that weekend, following the instructions sent, which were some of the best I’ve read, and covered the release and retensioning of the spring. Took me 30 mins, but probably only suitable for an experienced DIYer. I’ve had a total of 5 hoselink hoses now, in different properties, some almost 10 years old, and all going strong. Looks like the damage to mine was misuse, I had some guests over the holidays and think someone tried pulling the hose out sideways.Anyway, 10/10 for me for hoselink in all regards.Michael W
