“A bit of a dissapointment. I've had a 30' reel for over 15 years and it stills works flawlessy. This hose has a cheap "shiny plastic" feel about it. Its heavy to reel out and has a tendency to kink. My old one has a matt feel and even though it's 10 metres longer, has a much smoother operation. I am sure this would not be a problem for those under retirement age, but for use it's definitely a step backwards. Nice colour thought!.”
