“The installation was successful according to the instructions. However, I believe an applicable sized padlock should have been included in the pack. I couldn't initially understand why there was a hole in the mounting rod of the reel unit. There was no indication in the user manual either. I fathomed it out by myself, then I found details in your Spring 2019 catalogue. I had a small padlock but found that the shackle was too thick to use it. Now I need to purchase a new padlock that fits the hole. The reel, hose, & spray nozzle all performed very well.”
“Whilst I’d read reviews where Hoselink was an amazing product I still wasn’t 100% that the money spent was worth it. I’m happy to say that the product arrived and all fasteners for fitting the reel were included and the hose and reel combo assembled for use. Super easy to install and everything about its use has been a pleasure. Not only has it been a fantastic product but all the product fitting, use and General tips are shown through Hoselink’s instructional video clips. Awesome product and 5 star customer experience.”

“Overall very good. Had trouble with the bolts because we didn't realise they Whitworth so had to find something to fit. Also the 2 way adaptor is leaking around the metal seal on 1 side. Otherwise all good.”
