“Unfortunately after installing the retractable hose, both myself & my wife found that the hose would not retract. The end result is that I am now awaiting a replace retractable hose reel. As well as this I have had to re-box the defective reel & take it to the post office for return to hoselink. note I previously purchased a 30m retractable hose reel & found that I it worked fine, however the hose trigger is at times difficult to switch off.”
