“Hi guys and gals :) just like the form you added to you email, your products just dont work. I purchased a car wash hose and the plastic adapters broke. It was replaced and low and behold the plastic broke. This product is a total dud. The triggers on your spray guns constantly break I have had to put on a flow control to manually control the flow, also the hose connectors after about 6 months leak. I have no idea why i brought another product as a present and i already regret it. Over the next year I will be replacing all the poorly performing products that you sold me. Your website has so many pop ups it could be mistaken for a porn site. On a mobile thats super frustrating. I love your commercials but your products are no better than a bucket of Chinese crap from Bunnings that i have to replace all your malfunctioning equipment. How has no one told you this before? Your products should perform as advertised however they dont. I expect better from Aussie made products.”
