I phone Hoselink immediately and they offered to send a new one the following day apologising for this unfortunate occurrence. The other hose is working fine and very happy. “How was my experience, terrible! $220 for the hose is pretty expensive, but I was prepared to pay a premium for a premium product, however this product sat on the wall for less than 24 hours before it came away from the wall...Now I am forced to get a tradesman in to mount this product onto the wall properly and even then, there is no guarantee it's going to stay fixed to the wall. Now I'm no expert on mounting systems, but I don't understand how something so heavy is supposed to remain fixed to a wall using only plastic dowels? I would have expected a much better mounting system than what this product provides and it even states in the instructions to use a matchstick if the mounting is not tight enough. Whaaat??I would NOT recommend Hoselink to anybody and you can keep your $100 voucher draw, I am not interested wasting anymore of my money on products from Hoselink ...”
