“Hi I recently purchased my first hoselink product after seeing and hearing about hoselink for a number of years. While the core of the product is well designed and works well, there are a few little things that could have made the difference. Firstly the screws that were supplied to mount the hose bracket onto a wall lost their thread easily and seemed to be of cheap quality? This resulted in having to use a shifter to tighten the screws, however the bottom screw holes where positioned in a way that would not allow for a shifter to be used and created an excessive amount of difficulty in trying to mount the bracket. As i mentioned the core of the product is great and I would recommend it, however a few tweaks would make it fantastic.Thanks,Simon”
“Our new hose reel is really easy to use. It pulls out and retracts smoothly and completely and I no longer have to fight to get the entire hose back in. The hose is soft and pliable The connections are secure and I don’t have to worry about the sprinkler fittings bursting off and drenching me with water. Very happy with my purchase.”
“I have always wanted a Hoselink retractable hose reel and what a better time to get it than coming into summer. My old hose split and kept on bursting off the links, after installing the Hoselink reel i was very impressed with it. No leaks and great reach, the spray gun is also great quality, highly recommend this product!”
“The new 20m unit is really good as the hose is a far better quality one than the “old” one I purchased about 6 years ago. The retraction mechanism also works better, maybe only because the old one was past its use by date. My only negative comment relates to the old unit as that couldn’t be repaired when the retraction system failed. I’ve always been a satisfied customer and will continue to use Hoselink products preferentially.”
