“I purchased a 20 meter Hoselink a couple of months ago. I was really happy with it as easy to use and no more winding my hose manually!! Until a couple of weeks ago it wouldn't re-wind. I went on website and followed the instructions but still couldn't re-wind. I called Hoselink and told them exactly what had happened and that I had tried to fix the problem without success.
