Seems like the mechanism is either inferior or maybe a one off lemon as it does not fully retract. Yes we did guide it in correctly to allow the hose to layer correctly.Just the retraction mechanism, everything else is fine.”
“Tidy addition to backyard.Easy to install.No leaky joint which is good for once.Plastic casing looks vulnerable to hot Australian sun hence would probably need a cover at some point. Time will tell.Would prefer a wider hose. I didn’t think of it at time of purchase. I’m pleased with the purchase.”
