“I purchased this product 5 years ago (going on 6) for my elderly mother. I fitted it to a brick wall with no problems. She lives in an area where water freezes in the tap (Southern New Zealand) and the whole system has performed beautufully. The nozzle head is a bit beaten up now as Mum has to let it go and let it roll back by itself, so the nozzle head scrapes accross the concrete and grass, but its still going strong. It is sometimes a little bit sluggish going back in, after 5 years, but not often. Hoselink has been a godsend for us as my Mum has mobility issues and can't grip for long periods, so the stay on clip is awesome and the easy, no tangle or kinks, roll in and out has been wonderful. Mum can't keep walking backwards and forwards fixing kinks in a hose so the Hoselink reel is great. The nozzle is easy to spin to different water settings and it is light and easy to use so holding for long waterings isn't a problem for Mum. 20m is ample to do most of the garden, front and back, on 1/4 acre and any more than 20m might be difficult for Mum to reel out so I'm glad that I didn't go longer. This reel has served us well. I'm very happy with Hoselink, service and the products I have purchased and I am only now buying a new nozzle, just to spruce it up a bit, not really because I need it. Thank you Hoselink for everything. You have made gardening a joy again for Mum and given me peace of mind while I am away from her (I live in Australia), knowing that she can water with ease.
