“I phoned to thank you for this reel but also asked about the low (poor) water pressure and after a few minutes later your lady told me to check the flow lever so went back out and hey presto, problem solved. I then submitted that adter checking all through your excellent instructions and had done everything right could nt find anything about this flow lever and advised as this was a fairly new feature and not yet included in your instructions but that a message was sent to your marketing and support staff to have this feature included as soon as possablie. \ iSo thanks again for a really god product and looks really great on our wall. The old hose that used to lie on the grass (sorry dirt as grass could not grow) so now our grass will resume its splendour.”
“The guidance given for installation of the holding bracket was simple enough but found the stainless steel screws provided were not the best for installing the bracket into hard wood. After drilling four 5 mm holes into the timber the screws provided would only screw in about half way resulting in the tops of the screws being damaged. Ended up going to a hardware store and purchasing 12Gx 45 mm Hex Head with Seal Screw Timber Screws. Used a Nutsetter 6/16 x 65 mm and power drill to screw in the screws. Finished job in leas than 3 minutes.”
